1st Result

Building on the research results, the She4Sea Competence Framework and Compendium will define the pedagogical approach and learning specifications for the training material development as well as elaborate the modular structure based on the 3 key competence areas (Leadership-Entrepreneurship-Sustainability).
2nd Result
The She4Sea digital Profiling Tool has a two-fold aim: (a) to enable users (primarily targeting unemployed women) assess their strengths and weaknesses vis-à-vis 3 key competence areas as well as map their professional life experiences and (b) engage users (mainly unemployed women) in the She4Sea training experience.
3rd Result
The She4Sea Training Platform will provide an online, open-access training experience primarily targeting unemployed women and VET trainers. It aims to promote the inclusion of women in maritime tourism, fisheries and aquaculture, and shipping by building on the gender neutral character of skills as drawn from the Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability Competence. The training will be offered in 4 languages (EN, EL, ES, BG).
