Over 30 outstanding female students from the maritime specialties of the Bulgarian Naval Academy took part in the innovative profiling tool “She4Sea”. By self-assessing their soft and hard skills, the ladies discovered how their competencies correspond to current career trends in three main sectors: maritime transport, water tourism, fisheries and aquaculture. The personalized list of professions that emerged through this process gave the trainees additional information about the necessary requirements for occupying the relevant job positions. In addition, the ladies who participated in the testing of the profiling tool will have the opportunity to participate in a free specialized course in the upcoming She4Sea training platform, which focuses on the development of the most sought-after soft skills in the maritime industry, in the areas of leadership, entrepreneurship and sustainability.
